We have an english speaking locally resident agent in Les Deux Alpes - Strong Apartment Services (SAS). The SAS team has a detailed knowledge of the resort and can recommend and assist in lift passes, ski hire, ski lessons, ski guides, etc.

SAS will provide meet & greet, key handling, inventory check, security deposit via credit card, bed linen, end of stay cleaning and check out services for your visit. These services are covered by a mandatory service charge of 55EUR plus a mandatory bed linen charge of 10EUR per person payable directly to SAS.

SAS also provides optional services directly to guests such as towels, welcome pack, out of hours arrival, etc. which may be requested via the SAS website form and are payable directly to SAS.

You MUST REGISTER on the SAS website form as soon as your reservation is confirmed to arrange key collection and ensure access to the apartment.
